How do I leave feedback for a buyer?

Quick answer
After a sale completes, open Sales and tap Review buyer. Reswell automatically emails the buyer a review request — you do not need to send one. A buyer's positive review can close their Purchase Protection window early.
Leaving a buyer review
After a sale completes, Reswell emails you asking to review the buyer. Open the order in Sales and tap Review buyer on the buyer card to leave a star rating and comment.
Honest feedback helps other sellers know what to expect. Keep it factual and constructive.
Asking the buyer for a review
Once delivery or pickup is complete, Reswell automatically sends a review request in your Messages thread and emails the buyer so they can review you. You do not need to tap anything.
Why reviews matter
Good reviews build trust for future listings. Buyers often check seller history before they buy or make an offer.
