Overview

Short for Plueronectiform. Like a Halibut or any asymmetrical fish. This is a high performance short board whose template and design changes to the person and the purpose. More often than not the toe-side is straighter and the heal-side is curvier. The toe-side has more concave; the heal is more subtle. The toe side rail is thinner and the heal fuller. Two, three or four fins. Sometimes a symmetrical outline with an asymmetrical hull shape. Sizing is all over the map, from 2 inches below your height to a step up-mini gun size.
